Currently in post-production, Know How is a narrative feature film I wrote and directed about the lives of five foster care youth in NYC. Every year, a non-profit called the Possibility Project, casts a group of foster care teenagers in a musical they write and perform in about their own difficult lives. April 7th, 2010 The Manhattan Young Democrats celebrated healthcare reform by hosting the event “THE BIG F—ING DEAL: Healthcare Q/A & Drinks Featuring Rep. Anthony Weiner”. The amazing U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner joined MYD to talk about the fight for health care reform, he took questions from the audience, and was an incredibly inspiring speaker.

I directed this PSA for the Institute for Democratic Education in America. I met Dana, the founder of IDEA, at a private school on the upper west side while I was shooting a fundraising video. It’s one of a handful of good paths towards better education we should be pursuing.

Taylor and I are part of the Manhattan Young Democrats. Most recently we went to the Gay Pride Parade in New York City.
It was a really good ride down 5th avenue on a flatbed truck dancing to music and advocating for same sex marriage rights.
